Description
RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface sanitization. * Lead and guide a team of custodians to meet daily cleaning schedules and standards. * Assign tasks and provide direction to custodial staff during shifts. * Conduct inspections of work areas and ensure quality control. * Train new custodians on proper cleaning methods, safety procedures, and equipment use. * Maintain accurate supply levels and request replenishment when needed. * Ensure all custodial staff comply with safety protocols and workplace policies. * Report facility maintenance needs or safety hazards to management. * Serve as the main point of contact for custodial concerns during assigned shifts. * Support and motivate team members to achieve high performance. * Need to have reliable transportation to the following: Knox St., Southlake, NorthPark and Galleria Dallas #IND Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS * Prior custodial/janitorial experience required. * Leadership or team lead experience strongly preferred. * Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality standards. * Physically able to perform custodial duties (lifting, bending, standing for long periods). * Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if required. #IND
