Job Posting End Date: Worker Type: Maximum Term/Fixed Term (Fixed Term) YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The primary purpose of this role is to ensure NAB meets its obligations in relation to Know Your Customer (KYC) existing Customers. This role is responsible for leading a team of associates with responsibility for conducting Customer Due Diligence reviews ensure financial crime compliance. This role is also responsible for providing leadership, coaching, development and meeting operational SLAs. Liaise with key business stakeholders to understand business specific requirements and concerns. Monitor teams' performance against agreed SLA's Utilise the Active Operations Management tool efficiently to manage cost, quality and service. Action all regulatory/internal audit items within prescribed timelines. Ensure compliance to all required policies, processes and training. Ensure all change requirements, delivery and implementation are in line with NAB’s risk tolerance to meet Financial Crime regulatory and legal obligations. Monitor individual & team performance, team engagement, providing performance feedback including recognition and performance improvement plans. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in process execution and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry. At least 4-6 years of experience in Leadership role. Proven working experience in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or KYC Operations for individual and non-individual customers) in financial institutions is a big plus. Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese. Leadership experience to inspire, engage and lead a team to deliver high performance for the business and ongoing career development. Demonstrated experience in operations, quality management, process improvement, project management or related function will be highly regarded. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong time management and organisation skills. Customer driven commercial approach to business. Experience in making sound decisions and judgments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions. Strong understanding of risk and controls. Understanding of AML/CTF Legislation.
