To learn more about Zenoti visit: https://www.zenoti.com Your responsibilities will include: Building value-based customer relationships Gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customers Developing customer focused processes for ensuring customer success Applying domain expertise to close deals Ensuring high user adoption of the customer success management application Implementing best practices to improve customer success Ensuring smooth onboarding handoff Skills you'll need: A passion for customer success and laser focus on providing customer value. 8+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers. Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations Open to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required. Experience dealing with large, complex accounts, building relationships at the C-level. A 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent PMP is an added advantage Knowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes work will be a definite plus. Responsibilities

The Lead - Customer Success will build value-based relationships with customers and gather product feedback to ensure their success. They will develop customer-focused processes and ensure high user adoption of the customer success management application.
