Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Lead Customer Training Partner to build and own Chorus’ training function from the ground up. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for diverse users, while also establishing the foundation for a scalable training department. This role will begin as an individual contributor, serving as a “department of one” to design and deliver training while building the structure for scalable programs. As Chorus grows and our customer base expands, there will be opportunities for this role to evolve into leadership and to shape the growth of a dedicated training team over time.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Design and deliver user training programs (live, virtual, and self-paced) tailored to diverse roles and skill levels.
  • Create scalable training resources, including onboarding guides, curricula, knowledge base articles, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Provide go-live support and reinforcement training to ensure sustained adoption and effective use of Chorus tools.
  • Establish training standards, templates, and frameworks that will form the foundation of a scalable training function.
  • Partner with Product, Delivery, Clinical Solutions, and Partner Success to align training with product workflows and releases.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoption.
  • Track and report on training participation, satisfaction, and outcomes to demonstrate impact.
  • Manage your own workload and priorities as a self-directed training lead, while identifying needs for future team expansion.
