Description Leads the curriculum development with input from SMEs as necessary. Develops, plans, coordinates, and evaluates cyber training/education courses, methods, and techniques based on instructional needs. Supervises and administers training program Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, engineering, information science, or a related discipline with corresponding experience and demonstrated mastery of relevant computer science topics 7+ years of demonstrated practical knowledge of computer science-related topics and of the methods and techniques of instruction 5+ years of related, proven experience in development, review, and/or teaching training/course materials, aids, end evaluation of training results Ability to incorporate learning theories as they relate to the systemic design, development, and validation of instructional material Ability to apply design methods to improve instructional effectiveness Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs, including developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments Desired Qualifications: Master’s degree in education, computer science, engineering, information science, or a related discipline with corresponding experience and demonstrated mastery of relevant computer science topics 10+ years of related, proven experience in development, review, and/or teaching training/course materials, aids, end evaluation of training results About us: We are Command Post Technologies, Inc. Responsibilities
The Lead Cyber Instructional Curriculum Developer leads curriculum development, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts as needed. This role involves developing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating cyber training courses, methods, and techniques based on instructional needs, while also supervising and administering the training program.
