The Lead Cybersecurity role will provide ongoing support, analysis, and development for data science projects aimed at enhancing threat detection and driving operational improvements to strengthen network security and optimize network performance and operations.
This work involves applying anomaly detection and fraud detection techniques within identity and access management and financial monitoring domains. Continued efforts are needed to maintain existing capabilities and extend them to broader use cases.
Currently, these efforts are supported by the principal application owner and two technical development professionals (TDPs). We are seeking to convert a TDP or identify an additional resource to assist with the long-term support of these initiatives.

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years’ experience of relevant experience at an enterprise level
  • Advanced degree in Statistics or Data Science
  • Basic understanding of network communications and cybersecurity principals
  • Python and Machine Learning (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
  • Azure, Databricks and/or H20 experience
