REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated foundational experience working with associated agile and various reporting technologies (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI).
• Expert level understanding of security logs and the ability to rapidly search, report, and troubleshoot within various datasets.
• Strong understanding of compliance, controls, risk, change management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge with agile methodologies, e.g. SCRUM
• Expert understanding of Cloud architecture & technologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong focus on driving automations, AI, and machine learning solutions driving down cyber risks.
• Independently responsible to lead the entire lifecycle of assigned projects and platforms including autonomous development and contributing to the engineering requirements with a duty to ensure that security, reliability, and performance standards are met.
• Drive team members and adjacent teams on development, platform, and system test related tasks leveraging JIRA in an agile environment.
• Coordinate the resolution of development issues and initiate platform innovation.
• Serve as the SME and expert technical escalation point for teams across various business units.
• Generate reports, documentation, contribute to team metrics.
