You move that
- You are responsible for the strategic development of our Data & AI team - in terms of personnel, processes and the use of state-of-the-art technologies.
- You foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within our IT team.
- You are responsible for the conception, implementation and further development of our company-wide data governance and data architecture.
- You identify, evaluate, and prioritize data-driven business cases to establish data as a strategic corporate asset; be it in optimizing our recipes, producing our cookies, or logistics.
- You act as a central interface between the data department and management, translating complex data and AI topics into understandable decision-making criteria.
- You proactively identify and realize new business opportunities through innovative data and analytics initiatives.
- You will evaluate, select, implement, and maintain the technology components for our data and analytics stack, especially in cloud environments.
- You ensure the scalability, security and compliance of the data infrastructure and promote the highest data quality.
- You define and implement a long-term technical AI roadmap, taking into account generative AI, ML and predictive analytics, and ensuring responsible use of AI.
- You are responsible for the entire life cycle of AI models (MLOps) from prototype to productive use.
This is what you bring with you
- You have a deep understanding of data science, data engineering, and cloud architectures (especially Google Cloud Platform).
- You possess expertise in data governance and the development of strategic data architectures.
- You have knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics and generative AI with a focus on value creation.
- You distinguish yourself through your leadership qualities in agile environments and proven success in project and transformation management.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Big Data technologies, cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery) and MLOps pipelines.
- You have a completed degree in a relevant quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, etc.).
- You bring several years of professional experience in the data and AI field, including experience as a lead with personnel responsibility and success in cloud environments.
