JOB SUMMARY
This role will play a crucial role in supporting and advancing our business by translating data and analytics into business impact. This position is unique as it is embedded within our business units, offering a hands-on opportunity to influence business strategies and decisions directly. The Business Analyst Lead is responsible for reporting and analysis capabilities to proactively generate insights that optimize strategic choices. This role collaborates with a broad group of Product Managers, Decision Intelligence, Connected Services, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders through modeling, analysis, and data-driven recommendations that provide critical insights to drive informed decision-making. This role demands a strong business acumen complemented by technical analytical skills.
