THE SPIRIT OF VIVA LA DIFFERENCE

Viva La Difference is deeply rooted in everything we do. It has always been in our DNA. From the birth of Publicis, 94 years ago, when Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, our founder, invented French advertising. Viva La Difference expresses how we value and respect each individual and recognize what makes us distinctive. This is the charge that inspires our teams to celebrate the differences in identity, background, culture, and experience of all of us. It is how we behave with each other and our clients, and it is deeply rooted throughout our work, to elevate and bring to life our differences throughout the platform world..
Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong technical and analytical skills to join our data team in production technology.
We’re seeking a Technical Lead Data Analyst with strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills to guide our data analysts within the production technology team. In this role, you’ll not only deliver hands-on analysis using BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Python, and modern BI tools, but also define the analytics strategy, mentor analysts, and work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure our data products and insights drive tangible business outcomes.
You will own the design and delivery of analytics workflows, reporting solutions, and data-driven recommendations for internal teams, operational stakeholders, and external clients. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with development teams to build dynamic, scalable dashboards and analytics solutions that integrate seamlessly into our platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on blending technical expertise with strategic leadership, shaping how data is used across the organization.

EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles, ideally in a technical leadership capacity
  • Deep proficiency in SQL (joins, CTEs, optimization) and experience working with large-scale datasets in BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
  • Strong Python skills for analytics, automation, and data manipulation (pandas, matplotlib, seaborn)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and performance tuning in cloud-based environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams, define strategy, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect data insights with organizational goals

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Background in e-commerce, marketing, or operations analytics
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Git-based workflows
  • Experience contributing to data product development, working closely with engineers and product managers
