Work Flexibility: Hybrid We're looking for a commercially minded and influential Senior Lead Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and act as a strategic partner to our Medical business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, solving complex business problems with data, and partnering closely with leaders to drive meaningful commercial outcomes. You'll lead high-impact analytics initiatives, shape strategic decision-making, and help stakeholders unlock value from data across our Medical business. For us, analytics isn't just about numbers. What You'll Do Partner with business leaders – Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Medical division and act as a strategic advisor on data-driven opportunities. Identify and shape strategic initiatives – Lead discussions where analytics solutions can be applied to real business challenges and deliver measurable value. Lead end-to-end analytics projects – Own initiatives from opportunity identification and business case development through to delivery and value realisation. Translate complex data into business insights – Develop clear and compelling analyses, dashboards, and recommendations that support decision-making. Apply commercial thinking – Evaluate opportunities, quantify business impact, and align priorities with strategic and financial outcomes. Influence decision-making – Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders. Develop capability across the team – Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to the adoption of analytics best practices. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or Technology related areas 5+ years' experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or a related field Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives delivering measurable business value Advanced SQL and experience with at least one analytics language (e.g. Python, R) Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau) Experience driving adoption of analytics platforms, standards, or best practices Experience supporting commercial, sales, marketing, or operational functions Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or modern analytics platforms Why Join Us This is an opportunity to become the trusted analytics partner to a major business division, influence strategic decisions, and deliver measurable impact through data. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
