Job Description We are currently seeking a Lead Data Modelling professional to join our team in Germany, responsible for overseeing data modeling activities and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Lead and manage a team of data modelers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight Define team priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones Act as the primary point of contact for the customer and key business stakeholders for the data modeling team Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and prioritization Translate business requirements into data modeling solutions and ensure alignment with expectations Provide regular reporting on team progress, risks, and dependencies Qualifications Key Skills & Experience Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and lifecycle management Expertise in data modeling and data architectures Experience leading and managing teams of data professionals Experience in delivering data-driven projects in complex environments Fluency in German and English are a must Additional Information Why Fusion?
