You shine in promoting creative and seamless data engineering methods and can decisively identify efficient approaches for intricate data obstacles. - Proven experience technically leading engineering teams - Expert knowledge of data architecture principles and patterns - Expertise in SQL and optimization techniques - Comprehensive experience with ETL/ELT processes and software - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake) - Extensive experience in developing and deploying data warehouses - Expertise in data modeling and database development - Strong background in performance optimization and scalability - Proficiency in data security, data governance, and compliance regulations - Agile/Scrum methodology experience Good to have: - Proficient in implementing data mesh architecture - Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA) - Knowledge of emerging data technologies and trends - Proficiency in navigating transitions - Enterprise architecture experience - Experience of data visualization tools (Power BI) Qualifications Engineering or Equivalent Soft Skills Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and bias for action.
