Build and optimize data pipelines, integrating large datasets using modern ETL and big data technologies. Design and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards with a focus on user experience and actionable insights. Collaborate with team members to develop scalable solutions and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders. Estimate efforts, assist in project planning, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices. Requirements: Successful candidates should have: Minimum 6+ years of experience in data engineering, including data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing. Strong expertise in ETL platforms such as Informatica ETL, Powercenter, IICS, or similar tools. Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as BigQuery, AWS Redshift, and other cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Spark, Scala, or Java. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
