Devoteam M Cloud is seeking a strategic Principal Consultant to lead our Microsoft AI practice in Norway. As our Principal Architect, you will have the autonomy to: Lead Strategy: Define and scale our AI & Copilot service offerings in the Norwegian market. Architect Solutions: Design end-to-end enterprise architectures leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI. Advise Leaders: Run workshops and PoCs with top-tier clients, bridging the gap between complex tech and business goals. Mentor: Build a culture of excellence, mentoring colleagues and growing the AI team. Qualifications Who You Are We are looking for a visionary who still loves getting hands-on with technology. You likely have 8+ years of experience in IT Consulting, with a recent focus on the Microsoft AI ecosystem. Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services). Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and data architecture. Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (or similar) is highly valued. Soft Skills: You are a clear communicator who can simplify complex concepts. You enjoy the consultant role: listening to clients, solving problems, and building relationships.
