As a Lead Reporting Analyst here at Honeywell Advanced Materials in Morris Plains, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing insights to facilitate our global operations. You will report directly to our Director Data, Analytics & AI and you’ll work out of our Morris Plains (NJ), Houston (TX), Charlotte (NC) location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact our organization by delivering actionable insights and enabling data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in reporting and analytics will help drive operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information to key stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in reporting and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and analytics.
  • Train and facilitate end-users in utilizing reporting tools and systems.
  • Promote an inclusive work environment and facilitate individual and team achievements.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Experience in data modeling and data warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $137,000 - $171,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
