What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions for clients and internal initiatives, ensuring scalability, robustness, and business impact Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models, ensuring reliability and performance Research emerging trends in AI/ML and Generative AI, integrating them into real-world applications Mentor and guide data scientists, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement Stay at the forefront of applied data science and AI, continuously exploring new methodologies and tools Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI-driven solutions What You Bring 6+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning Proven ability to initiate and lead Machine Learning projects from scratch - from problem analysis and data collection to Proof of Concept (PoC) and production deployment Strong expertise in Generative AI, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and Prompt Engineering Proficiency in Python, along with key libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and SQL Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, their limitations, and best use cases Experience setting up MLOps pipelines for efficient model deployment and maintenance Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive business value Strong storytelling skills - capable of transforming complex data into actionable insights with compelling visualizations Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively Nice to Have MS or BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow Familiarity with microservice architectures, task queues (e.g., Celery), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, and networking basics Strong portfolio on GitHub or Kaggle, showcasing hands-on AI/ML projects English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
