Team Introduction
The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. We are Data-TnS data product & general service team. Our team mainly services TnS business and provides data solutions and data insights for the business.
Responsibilities
- Own large-scale quantitative analysis projects from start to finish, including developing metrics, creating analytical frameworks and distilling complex results into clear and concise insights;
- Develop comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement structure based on product stages and business purposes.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving or iterating product features.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Algo, Operation and other teams to solve problems and identify business opportunities
- Research data science theories and methodology to evaluate and improve various CV/NLP models, LLMs.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields
- Experienced in adopting scientific methods to solve business problems;
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating across effectively and efficiently;
- Ownership; proactive, skillful, candid and clear communication; ability to handle high complexity, urgency, cross-functional alignment; stay empathetic.
- Team management experience. Experience in leading, managing and coaching team members.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in content safety related area.
- Possess at least one advantage among content understanding/ moderation, machine learning, measurement-and-experiment-driven product iteration, LLM applications, LLM evaluation, Prompt Engineering.
- Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in a coherent and comprehensive way;
