ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Lead Delivery Driver to play a key role in Wyngit’s regional growth in Victoria. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week employee position that combines hands-on delivery work with team leadership and operational oversight. You’ll serve as Wyngit’s primary on-the-ground representative, helping to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who brings both delivery experience and leadership capability, and who’s excited to grow into a larger operational role over time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily deliveries across Victoria and surrounding communities in a company-provided van
• Represent Wyngit in the field with professionalism, reliability, and great customer service
• Interview, train, and onboard new delivery drivers as the team grows
• Support driver performance, enforce company SOPs, and act as an escalation point for issues
• Collaborate with our dispatch team to ensure efficient routing and on-time service
• Provide on-the-ground operational insights and help identify process improvements
• Support busy periods with overtime or evening work when needed
