As the Lead Dental Nurse, you will play a key role in mentoring junior staff, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice.

• Leading and supporting a team of dental nurses
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and HTM 01-05 standards
• Assisting in a range of treatments, including general, cosmetic, and specialist procedures
• Overseeing stock control, equipment maintenance, and clinical audits
• Supporting the Practice Manager with clinical governance and staff development
• Championing best practice in infection control and patient care
