We are looking for a skilled and confident Dental Nurse to join our modern, forward-thinking dental practice. While we provide a limited NHS service, the primary focus is on developing and delivering high-quality private dental care. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a private dental clinic and be comfortable working in a patient-centred, compliance-driven environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a dynamic team and is keen to be involved in the growth and development of a private dental service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a private dental clinic is essential
  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (or working towards registration)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities
  • Comfortable using dental software and practice management systems
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
  • Strong decontamination skills
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide chairside support for a range of private dental treatments
  • Deliver a professional, reassuring, and friendly patient experience
  • Maintain accurate, compliant clinical records in line with GDC and CQC requirements
  • Support with compliance tasks, including audits, infection control, and documentation
  • Sterilise and maintain instruments and equipment in accordance with HTM01-05
  • Book patients, manage appointments, and handle front-desk duties as needed
  • Take payments and support smooth patient check-in/check-out processes
  • Contribute to business development efforts such as promoting treatments, supporting patient retention, and assisting with service improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing CPD and practice training
