REQUIREMENTS:

· Qualified Dental Nurse with valid GDC registration.
· Minimum 3 years of clinical dental nursing experience, including some in a senior or lead role.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
· Knowledge of SOE is advantageous.
· A flexible, organised, and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the dental nursing team.
· Liaise with the Practice Manager and other departments to support the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
· Manage and maintain dental stock, materials, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
· Ensure full compliance with all CQC & GDC.
· Mentor nursing team and provide support and ongoing training.
· Coordinate infection control and decontamination processes across the practice.
· Support clinicians during procedures, including general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
· Oversee clinical audits (daily, and weekly) ensuring continuous quality improvement.
· Maintain accurate clinical records and assist with administrative duties where required.
· Provide chairside assistance and deliver exceptional levels of patient care leading by example.
