Yorkshire Dental Suite, one of the UK’s most progressive and talked-about dental brands, is expanding – and we’re opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice in Birmingham. We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Lead Dental Nurse to head up our clinical nursing team and help bring the YDS vision to life in this exciting new location.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Lead Nurse, you’ll be instrumental in setting the tone for clinical excellence, patient experience, and team culture in our Birmingham practice. You’ll work closely with clinicians, oversee nursing operations, and help build a best-in-class clinical support team from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional clinical care
• Maintain CQC compliance and infection control standards
• Assist with recruitment, training, and mentoring of new nursing staff
• Liaise with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide chairside assistance across a range of treatments, including cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures
