Responsibilities
  • Strategic Design Leadership: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand product designs and marketing collateral, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints while supporting product development from concept through launch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and growth marketers to develop intuitive user experiences and compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions across Product and Marketing channels.
  • Design System Development: Establish and refine scalable design systems, processes, and standards to maintain consistency and support the company’s growth.
  • Team Management and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional development and high-quality output.
  • User-Centered Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making, integrating user feedback and analytics into the design process to enhance user satisfaction and business performance.
  • Design Consistency and Quality: Oversee the execution of design initiatives, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and alignment with brand identity across all product and marketing materials
