We’re looking for a Lead Designer who can bring creative vision, consistency, and leadership to our design efforts. This role blends big-picture creative direction with hands-on design execution. You’ll lead design projects from concept to completion, collaborating across disciplines while also rolling up your sleeves to build assets, mockups, and websites that move the needle for our clients and products.
We’re open to either a full-time team member or a senior-level contractor depending on the right fit.

• Lead design direction across agency and SaaS projects, from websites to brand redesigns.
• Create clear, compelling design assets for client campaigns and internal growth efforts (pitch decks, one-sheeters, ads, landing pages).
• Own the website service side of the business: guiding projects from wireframes and style guides to polished, high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Collaborate with content writers, photographers, videographers, and developers to deliver on-time, high-quality projects.
• Receive and manage client feedback, translating it into design solutions that solve real business problems.
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns with ad creative for Google, Facebook, and other channels.
• Support our SaaS products with UX/UI improvements and marketing design.
• Participate in strategy meetings, offering creative perspective to elevate client and internal projects.
