JOB SUMMARY

As a Lead Developer at Tyr Rewards, you will play a critical role in the development and management of our Flutter-based mobile applications, Next.js (React) web platform, and AWS-powered backend systems. You will lead a team of skilled developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our users’ needs and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in managing and developing Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Proven experience in developing web platforms with Next.js (React).
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Strong understanding of tracking systems like Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase for mobile and Google analytics for web. 
• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile applications.

• Manage and develop the Flutter front-end for iOS and Android platforms.
• Manage and develop the AWS-based backend systems.
• Manage and develop the web platform using Next.js (React).
• Lead and mentor a team of front-end and backend developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to ensure seamless product development.  
• Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality code.
• Contribute to the development of our technical roadmap and strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in mobile and backend development.
