As a Third-Party Risk Management Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting global governance to ensure that third-party contracts are efficiently managed throughout their lifecycle. Your role will involve promoting and formalizing best practices across various domains and locations, ensuring that the organization maintains a high standard of vendor risk management in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with a background in fund industry and expertise in organizational transformation and procurement
Experience in consultancy is a plus
Strong project management skills with a disciplined approach to process improvement
Ability to understand, explain, and support change initiatives
Experience in coordinating with and engaging senior management
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact effectively
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
High level of flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations
Exceptional organizational abilities
Fluency in English
Governance Support: Ensure efficient end-to-end processes for third-party contract management. -
Lifecycle Management: Formalize and promote the third-party contract lifecycle across various domains and locations. -
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the representative and SME for Sourcing Vendor Management. -
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing chains, including Group, CIB, Legal, IT Security and Cyber, and Procurement teams. -
Promotion of TPRM: Advocate for Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) requirements within 2S IT governance. -
Project Governance: Manage and deploy CIB processes and tools related to third-party contracts, including governance, support, and training. -
Best Practices: Promote best practices for third-party management across CIB.
