About the Job: As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Lead Data Engineering Developer, you’ll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers. What You’ll Get to Do: Utilize Advanced SQL proficiency across platforms, especially PL/SQL and Oracle database administration, enabling complex data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable query design for enterprise-grade systems. Design and deploy scalable data ecosystems on AWS and Databricks, leveraging tools like AWS Glue, Lambda, CDK, and Terraform to support high-volume, real-time and batch processing. Deliver ML Ops pipelines and agentic AI solutions, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization for business-critical use cases. Build self-healing, event-driven ETL frameworks with embedded data quality checks, significantly improving reliability and reducing operational overhead. CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions, ML Flow, and infrastructure-as-code tools to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure consistency across environments. Implement IAM, encryption best practices, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and governed data operations. What You’ll Bring with You: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar. Consulting experience, ideally in Financial Services. Advanced SQL Expertise, especially PL/SQL. Cloud-Native Data Architecture knowledge. AI/ML Engineering & Optimization experience. ETL Mastery & Data Quality Engineering. Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging AI tools. Strong ability to align technical execution with business strategy, present to executive stakeholders on various topics and provide realistic estimates for delivery timelines to leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset. Willingness to work in the Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days/week. Why Capco?
