Job Summary Keyrus is looking for a Lead Developer – Reinsurance & ILS Technology. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, combined with a strong sense of ownership, code quality, and technical leadership. We value professionals who are autonomous, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of leading the technical direction within a delivery squad and turning complex business needs into scalable CRM solutions. This position is Hybrid in Lisbon. Note: All applications/CV’s must be submitted in English. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, customise, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and related modules) Lead the technical design and implementation of Power Platform solutions Deliver complex customisations and integrations using: JavaScript C# Plugins Web Resources Custom Workflow Activities Design and implement advanced Power Automate cloud flows and CRM integrations Ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of CRM solutions Act as a technical reference within the squad, owning delivery with strategic oversight Interface directly with business stakeholders and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews, define development standards, and promote best practices Mentor and support developers, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence Stay up to date with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform evolutions, recommending and implementing improvements Requirements for the role 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development Strong expertise in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Model-Driven Apps Advanced configuration of Model-Driven Apps (Tables, Columns, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Security Roles) Solid development background in JavaScript, C#, and CRM customisation patterns Experience designing and implementing integrations and cloud-based solutions Demonstrated experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers Strong understanding of code quality, UX considerations, and intuitive CRM design Familiarity with Agile delivery environments Fluent in English Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal What we offer at Keyrus Portugal: Competitive salary based on your skills & experience and according to the Data market practice Meal allowance of €10.20 per day Flexible benefits option Private Medical Insurance 22 days of annual leave (increasing every 3 years up to a maximum of 25 days) Training Program through KLX (Keyrus Learning Experience) Platform Why Keyrus?
