  We’re forming a new team to develop a product from the ground up—free of legacy constraints. As a
  Lead Developer React/Node.js you’ll play a vital role in architecting and building our platform. Your work will redefine how installers interact day to day with knowledge tools, ultimately driving climate action. This is not just another project—this is your chance to shape a single, cohesive product that will redefine an industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teamlead: mentor junior and medior developers

• Fullstack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Node.js and React

• API Design: Develop GraphQL APIs
• Database Management: Design and optimize data models and queries using relational (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Infrastructure: Collaborate with devops to make development life easier and our systems more reliable
• Modern Practices: Follow professional workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews.
• From Scratch: Contribute to the architecture and development of a completely new product with no existing legacy systems.

• Performance and Security: Ensure backend systems are optimized for performance and follow best practices for data security.

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, in senior or lead roles

• Stack: experience in typescript/node/react or a keen interest to learn
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL databases
• API Development: Experience in building APIs, ideally using graphQL
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization
• Best Practices: Proficient in CI/CD workflows, test-driven development, and Agile methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable architectures.
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub/GitLab.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
