ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Technical Lead or Senior Developer looking to step up into a leadership role? This is your opportunity to have a significant impact within a Microsoft Azure-hosted environment, working with technologies such as C#, React, SQL, and Terraform. You’ll play a key role in driving projects that will shape the future of the business.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Build front-end components using React, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Develop back-end APIs using C#.
  • Manage infrastructure as code through Terraform.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases.
  • Integrate third-party APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
  • Prioritize and manage work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks effectively within the team, considering skill sets and workloads.
  • Work with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and manage Azure costs to ensure efficient resource usage.
