JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. The Business Development Executive will engage in both inside sales and outbound calling efforts to achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing practices and outbound calling strategies is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
