ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Context Labs is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining cloud infrastructure and collaborating with engineering teams to help provision applications in cloud environments. You have excellent interpersonal skills, are organized, detail-oriented, and are a motivated self-starter that can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment. You enjoy and have experience leading and mentoring DevOps colleagues. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Technical Compliance & Platform Systems.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Great communication skills.
• Strong experience creating infrastructure used to host client facing products using Azure, and preferably experience with at least one additional major cloud provider, such as AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Bare-Metal
• Strong experience with Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform and Helm.
• Strong experience with a shell scripting language, such as Bash.
• Strong experience with Git.
• Proficient using Linux
• Experience in at least one programming language, such as Python, or Go.
• Experience with any of the following: Terraform Cloud, Atlantis, Argo CD, Ansible

• Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure that hosts our internal and client-facing products.
• Develop cloud-agnostic processes and tooling to support CXL’s expanding infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to help provision services in a cloud environment.
• Support the engineering teams across multiple products in an Agile environment.
• Act as a Lead and mentor to the DevOps team.
• On-call rotation for 24/7 support
• Anything else as may reasonably be required by the company
