We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DevOps Engineer (DevSecOps) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of our DevSecOps operations, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and best practices to optimize our infrastructure, enhance security, and streamline deployment pipelines. Your contribution will be pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our enterprise applications, ensuring they meet stringent security standards and deliver outstanding performance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps engineering, preferably in an enterprise setting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with AI and Generative AI technologies
• Background in application and infrastructure operations
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for scripting and automation tasks
• In-depth understanding of .NET, JAVA, and other programming frameworks
• Extensive experience with Terraform for IaC management
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, particularly in pipeline management
• Experience leading and mentoring other engineers
• Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms like GCP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of ensuring platform reliability and scalability in a fast-evolving environment

• Support complex application architectures ensuring alignment with business needs
• Implement coding best practices while leveraging AI technologies
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of essential platforms
• Utilize Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles including resilience, metrics, and incident management
• Manage cloud services and infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
• Collaborate with diverse teams including developers, operations, and QA to achieve project goals
• Communicate intricate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure effective knowledge transfer
• Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
• Create scripts and tools to drive operational improvements
• Help transform and maintain container and serverless architectures like AKS, EKS, Docker, and Azure Functions
• Enforce security best practices and perform regular security assessments
• Maintain thorough documentation on processes, procedures, and setups
