Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Lead Dietary Aide Schedule: Full Time rotating shifts, must be flexible to work every other weekend Location: Langhorne, PA Department: Dietary Reports to: Food Services Supervisor Position Purpose: St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a full time Lead Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Team! What You Will Do: The Lead Dietary Aide is responsible for critical kitchen operations. Occasionally handles closing the kitchen at night and working morning shifts. Responsible for oversight of trayline accuracy Responsible for taking patient meal orders in the call center Completing daily temperature logs Printing and reviewing essential operational reports The position also entails support to the management team and colleague oversight, with supervisory functions, such as cash handling, register reconciliation, audits, scheduling, and HACCP compliance. This position acts in a supervisory capacity, in the absence of the retail management. This position plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with food safety standards.
