ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Digital Strategy Lead will be responsible for delivering a meticulously curated 5-year digital roadmap for digital products. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer satisfaction, digital implementation and be an expert in delivering data driven recommendations. This role will analyze current product performance, analyze complex datasets to identify optimization areas that will provide incremental growth that track against 5-year goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and meticulously curate the 5-year digital roadmap.
  • Champion initiatives that keep cross functional teams aligned to the digital roadmap
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify areas to reduce a digital footprint, while streamlining the customer experience, increasing conversion and reducing friction.
  • Benchmark AT&T’s digital performance against industry standards and internal goals
