This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Digital Product Manager (Remote) in the United States. As a Lead Digital Product Manager, you will own and drive the multi-brand digital product roadmap, focusing on enterprise architecture solutions and scalable strategies. You will balance day-to-day site operations with long-term portfolio growth, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the digital experience for multiple brands, using customer insights, data analysis, and emerging technologies to inform decisions. You will manage development sprints, define success metrics, and lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to maximize business impact. The position allows for remote flexibility while contributing to global initiatives and innovative consumer experiences. Accountabilities: · Own the product strategy and manage the product backlog, overseeing the full product development lifecycle. · Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver incremental business value. · Collect and consolidate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and market insights to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives. · Define and track metrics to measure product success and inform strategic decisions. · Manage development sprints, coordinate go-lives, and ensure seamless product launches across digital platforms. · Support multiple brands within a portfolio, balancing competing priorities and guiding CX initiatives. · Lead strategic discussions on emerging technologies and digital consumer experiences. · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. · 4+ years of experience in Product Management, collaborating with engineering and design teams. · Experience in consumer-oriented digital or eCommerce environments with tools like Adobe, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, JIRA, and Confluence. · Proven track record of shipping product enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and business impact. · Strategic and tactical expertise in designing scalable processes in operations-intensive environments. · Strong analytical skills to interpret data, customer insights, and market trends for decision-making. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a global matrixed organization. · Preferred: experience managing multiple brand portfolios, knowledge of AI/ML, social commerce platforms, and agile methodologies. · Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $148,000 per year. · Performance-based incentives and total rewards package, including 401k with company match and healthcare coverage. · Flexible remote work options and dynamic, collaborative environment. · Opportunities for professional growth and development in a global organization. · Access to advanced technologies and participation in innovative digital initiatives.
