Description Locations: Decatur, Grayson, Woodstock, & Sugar Hill, GA We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Direct Caregiver to join our mentor and support team. This role is designed for a professional who leads by example, thrives with autonomy, and is looking for a clear career ladder pathway toward future Coordinator and Director-level roles. Key Responsibilities Care Leadership Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the care team when the Director is off-site or unavailable. PointClickCare Oversight: Manage and ensure the 100% daily completion of all Point of Care (POC) documentation for your shift. Mentorship & Privacy: Lead frontline associates by example, providing coaching while maintaining strict professional confidentiality regarding staff and resident matters. Operational Support: Learn and assist with staff scheduling to ensure seamless community coverage. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications GA or compact CNA Stable Work History: You must have a verifiable work history of at least 2 years at each previous job. Proven Experience: 2–3 years of direct care experience specifically in Assisted Living, with at least 1 year in a Lead or Mentor role. Tech Savvy: Proficiency (or the ability to become an expert) in PointClickCare (PCC). Leadership Presence: Must be comfortable acting as the "First Contact" for families and staff in the absence of the Director.

Responsibilities

The Lead Direct Caregiver acts as the primary point of contact for the care team in the absence of the Director and ensures the completion of Point of Care documentation. This role also involves mentoring staff, managing shift flow, and providing operational support.
