Mains’l Services is seeking a Medical Lead in our Hastings, MN location. As the medical lead you will coordinate, document, and implement medical supports to help the individual we serve access quality care and live a healthy, meaningful life. The role will also assist in coaching and mentoring Mains’l staff. At this location you will be supporting a gentleman in his 20s that who enjoys staying physically active- exercise, including swimming, is important to him. What You’ll Do: Provide person-centered supports tailored to the individual needs (including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching through different situations, participating in activities) Coaching and collaboration with the team Documenting care accurately to ensure ongoing support Maintain a safe and structured environment Assist with coaching and training of Direct Support Professionals Support individuals in learning new skills based on their interests and preferences Coordinate, schedule and accompany individuals to medical appointments Review medical referrals, completing follow-ups and communicate medical updates Create weekly menus and grocery shopping Location: Hastings, MN Schedule: Week #1 Mon 10am-6pm, Tuesday 2pm-9pm, Wednesday 2pm-9pm, Thursday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm.
