The Lead Director, Business Consulting will instruct organizational strategy for products, standards, infrastructure, and availability to support membership goals. You will guide the formulation, implementation, and milestone tracking for product plans. Applies advanced knowledge of product development to drive new product initiatives and enhancements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience with specific government program such as Medicaid and Duals and related regulations
• Understanding of health plan product coverage, benefit concepts, market trends, and regulatory requirements (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Experience in launching and/or managing large-scale products or programs, ideally utilizing agile methodologies

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or Healthcare Administration, clinical discipline or equivalent work experience
