POSITION SUMMARY:

As Lead Director, HRBP for Retail Health, you will work closely with senior management to develop and deliver HR strategy and solutions to both field and corporate-based teams. Comprised of MinuteClinic and Enterprise Virtual Care, Retail Health is an integral part of CVS Health’s capability as a national healthcare provider and a pillar of Health Care Delivery. This role will allow you to operate at a strategic level, contributing to the development and execution of Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives.

You will accomplish this by:

  • Collaborating with senior executives and business leaders to align Human Resources strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring core agendas support organizational goals.
  • Owning responsibility for assigning key HR personnel to projects and performance reporting needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Contributing to the development of Human Resources strategies and initiatives that drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Building strong relationships and actively engages with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide insights, and influence decision-making.
  • Ensuring the organization has a robust talent pipeline and implements programs to enhance leadership capabilities and competencies.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of Human Resources strategies that drive organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Providing guidance and expertise on change management methodologies, and helps leaders communicate and implement change initiatives, to effectively foster a culture of agility and resilience.
  • Managing and developing a team of Human Resources Business Partners by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the team operates effectively and delivers high-quality HR services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years Business and/or Human Resources experience
  • 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
  • 3 years of either formal or informal leadership experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.
