QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of related or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Initiative-driven and adept at self-organization.
  • Proficient in both independent work and collaborative team environments.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and handle physically demanding tasks (lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing).
  • Must have open availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily dishwashing operations, ensuring tasks are completed within designated timelines and according to company standards.
  • Unload and sort flight trolleys and equipment (plates, bowls, trays, silverware, etc.) by class and type.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning as needed.
  • Ensure temperature gauges and equipment settings meet operational standards.
  • Monitor stacking, sorting, and storage of clean items in designated areas.
  • Maintain compliance with international waste protocols, including proper disposal and spill cleanup.
  • Report any operational issues (production, inventory, staffing) to the supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area at all times.
  • Ensure items are organized, separated, and rotated properly.
  • Adhere to all company cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
