looking for an experienced Lead Distributor, the focus is exclusively on CRM operations, lead distribution, and data management. You will be responsible for managing the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless follow-ups by agents, maintaining data quality, and providing regular reports to senior management. Key Responsibilities: — Manage and oversee the end-to-end lead cycle within the CRM system (follow-ups, stage tracking, and updates). — Distribute incoming leads effectively to the appropriate agents and monitor response times. — Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the CEO. — Conduct quality control and document control to ensure all client files and records are accurate and compliant. — Ensure all documents are properly uploaded and organized within the CRM system. — Monitor compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and internal policies. — Provide CRM-related support and troubleshooting for the team. — Proven experience as a Lead Distributor within a real estate brokerage on UAE market. — Strong understanding of lead distribution and lead tracking processes. — Hands-on experience working with AmoCRM or Bitrix. — Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a highly active, fast-paced environment. — Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. — Ability to generate actionable performance reports and insights for senior management. — Competitive salary — Opportunity to work in the international team — Opportunity to work directly with top management. — Career growth in a leading Dubai real estate company. — Supportive and professional team environment.
