Job Description: *English version below* Über den Bereich „Global Technology Infrastructure“ (GTI) ist Teil von „Technology, Data und Innovation“ (TDI). Hier entwickeln wir die Strategie und Architektur für die Infrastruktur der Bank. Der Bereich „End-User Computing“ (EUC) setzt auf moderne, Cloud-basierte Plattformen für alle Mitarbeitende - mit Schwerpunkten rund um das Microsoft Eco-System, MacOS und IOS. Unsere Plattformen unterstützen mobiles Arbeiten und entsprechen den hohen regulatorischen Anforderungen einer international tätigen Universalbank. Gemeinsam wollen wir nun den nächsten großen Schritt in Richtung „Digital Experience“ (DEX) gehen. Eine transparente Daten-Architektur mit zuverlässigen Daten, Automatisierung und der verantwortungsvolle Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz spielen dabei die entscheidenden Rollen. Deine Aufgaben Du bist für die Entwicklung, Visualisierung, Dokumentation und Governance Deiner Architektur verantwortlich. Du kennst die Rahmenbedingungen, Anforderungen und Abhängigkeiten und kannst auf allen Management-Ebenen präsentieren, überzeugen und fachlich führen. Du bietest Governance und Unterstützung für „Lead Engineers“ & „Solution Architects“ in EUC und berätst Kolleg*innen aus dem Engineering, Produkt-Management oder Senior Management. Du bestimmst und beschreibst Datenquellen, Datenflüsse und identifizierst Muster, um Störungen bereits zu erkennen und zu beseitigen, bevor sie von Benutzer*innen bemerkt werden. Du verstehst Prozessabläufe Ende-zu-Ende und bist in der Lage, Möglichkeiten zur Vereinfachung zu erkennen und nutzergerecht umzusetzen. Dabei kannst Du sowohl mit kommerziellen als auch mit technischen Argumenten überzeugen. Du nutzt die Möglichkeiten von Automatisierungsplattformen, KI Assistenten, Generativer KI und Agentic KI. Dabei kennst Du auch deren Grenzen und Risiken. Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Sicherheit, kommerzielle Machbarkeit und Risiko-Bewusstsein sind elementarer Teil Deiner Architektur. Du bist Teil eines hochqualifizierten Domain Architecture Teams und berichtest an den „Head of Strategy & Architecture, Enduser Computing“. Du pflegst Partnerschaften mit den globalen IT-Abteilungen, anderen Architekturteams, Corporate Information Security, der Enduser-Community und externen Partnern. Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor- oder Master Degree) bzw. vergleichbarer Abschluss in einem Technologie- oder Informatik-Bereich. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als design-verantwortliche/r Dev-Ops-, Senior- oder Lead-Engineer*in mit komplexer Aufgabenstellung, hohem Automatisierungsanteil und mehrjährigen Projektverläufen. Gern auch im Umfeld von Netzwerk, Storage, Archieving oder Information Security, jeweils mit hoher Daten-Affinität. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung als Solution- oder Enterprise Architekt*in sind wünschenswert. Erfahrung mit DEX/DEM Plattformen (z.B. Systrack, Nexthink) und entsprechenden Implementierungen. Expertise in Automatisierungsprojekten und Erfahrungen bei der Auswahl, dem Design und der Einbindung von KI in operative Umgebungen. TOGAF, ITIL und ServiceNow Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Gute Visualisierungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln. Englisch ist Arbeitssprache, Deutsch ist wünschenswert. You understand end-to-end processes, identify simplification opportunities, and help implement improvements with a strong user focus—balancing commercial and technical considerations. You leverage automation platforms, AI assistants and generative AI (including agentic approaches), while understanding their limitations and risks. Usability, security, commercial viability and risk awareness are integral to your architecture decisions. You join a highly qualified Domain Architecture team and report to the “Head of Strategy & Architecture, End-User Computing”. You build partnerships across global IT divisions, other architecture teams, Corporate Information Security, the end-user community and external partners. Your skills and experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering or a related discipline. 5+ years’ experience as a DevOps, Senior or Lead Engineer with design accountability in a complex environment with high automation and multi-year delivery—ideally in networking, storage, archiving or information security, with a strong affinity for data. 2–3 years’ experience as a solution or enterprise architect is a plus. Hands-on experience with DEX / Digital Employee Monitoring (DEM) platforms (e.g., SysTrack, Nexthink) and their implementation. Proven experience delivering automation initiatives and selecting, designing and integrating AI into production environments. Knowledge of TOGAF, ITIL and ServiceNow is an advantage. Strong visualisation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. Fluent English (working language); German is a plus.
