About the role Open to major cities in Australia Join a global leader We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Lead Domain Architect to support the Digital Workplace (DW) strategy by championing modern workplace technologies and enhancing technical experience for clients and internal teams. Reporting to the Technical Experience Lead, this role focuses on driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, and related platforms through technical enablement, solution evangelism, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in translating technical capabilities into business value, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of DW offerings Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Advocate for modern workplace technologies across internal and external audiences, aligning with DWs strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Uvance product management, engineering, and delivery Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to support presales and delivery teams. Collaborate with the Technical Experience Lead to co-develop and refine go-to-market offerings. Support the development of solution architectures that align with client business outcomes. Promote digital experience monitoring, employee engagement tools, and workplace analytics. Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal teams to improve offerings and delivery. Assist in the creation and localization of technical content, including presentations, whitepapers, and case studies. Represent DW at industry events, customer briefings, and internal forums as a technical advocate. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends relevant to the modern workplace Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, presales, or solution architecture within the modern workplace or cloud productivity domain. Demonstrated experience delivering technical presentations and workshops to business and technical audiences. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Viva, SharePoint, and Power Platform Experience working in or with a Cloud or Modern Workplace consultancy. Understanding of digital experience monitoring, employee engagement platforms, and workplace analytics. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Sensitivity to multicultural and cross-regional stakeholder environments. Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies or product evangelism. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to influence without authority. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements or industry events. The role is part of a collaborative team environment and works closely with the Technical Experience Lead, Sales, Delivery, and Strategic Development teams.
