Due to the opening of a new hub with Peterborough, we are seeking an experienced team lead to oversee a small team of drivers.
A typical day will see you overseeing and supporting a team of drivers at the beginning or end of their shifts, ensuring they are able to complete their delivery routes safely. You will be responsible for logging any anomalies or defects and supporting the manager with audit and compliance checks, before also heading out on the road to deliver vital medication.
This position will give you a chance to broaden your leadership/mentor skills within the world of logistics.
