Job title: Lead DSP Software Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead DSP Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of digital signal processing (DSP) software for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the software meets all technical requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the development of DSP software solutions for our products.
2. Design and implement algorithms for audio and video processing.
3. Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize performance and efficiency.
4. Mentor and provide guidance to junior software engineers.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in DSP software development.
3. Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
4. Experience with DSP algorithms and techniques.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Knowledge of audio and video processing technologies.
8. Familiarity with real-time operating systems.
9. Experience with software version control systems.
10. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
