Job Title Lead - E Commerce- Flipkart & Myntra Job Description Job title: Lead - E Commerce Your role: • Deliver s to high Customer Service Level in collaboration with the order desk and logistics teams by integrating customer forecasts into planning, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Coordinates a unified approach by collaborating with internal teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and execution for key accounts, facilitating regular cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and track progress against shared goals. • Executes account strategies in line with customer priorities, driving collaborative business plans with partners to achieve growth goals, utilizing established operating models to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution. • Builds and manages strategic e-commerce partnerships with key online retailers and marketplaces, leveraging these partnerships to secure prime positioning, expand customer reach, and drive mutually beneficial sales growth. • Drives the optimization of e-fundamentals to ensure profitability and growth of the e-commerce channel, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjusts strategies as needed to meet financial targets. • Ensures that all product categories are well-represented across digital touchpoints during promotions and campaigns, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency, ensuring regular updates and audits are conducted to ensure that product information is current and complete. • Understands customer business needs, consumer behavior, and shopper requirements to provide locally relevant value propositions, acting as the orchestrator of relationships with accounts at the local level, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded. • Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management. • Manages and develops employees to achieve organizational goals and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while fostering a culture of impact with care. • Prepares and adheres to e-commerce sales forecasts and budget reports by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and financial metrics, providing accurate projections and detailed financial insights to support strategic planning, allocate resources effectively. You're the right fit if: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent. Minimum 7 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 5 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce or equivalent. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
