Lead ECE Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Teacher level 2/ 3 for our 3-5 year old students. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
Duties: - Plan and implement daily activities, including games, crafts, and educational programs - Supervise to ensure their safety and well-being at all times - Provide guidance and support to other staff - Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress and any concerns - Organize field trips and special events - Manage classroom logistics such as scheduling, supplies, and equipment
Skills: - Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Knowledge of early childhood education principles - Ability to manage classroom in a fun and interactive manner. QUALIFICATIONS

• Level 2/3 Alberta Childcare certificate
• Proven class management experience in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Certification in First Aid and CPR for children
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
