You will: Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of a stimulating, play-based curriculum Mentor and guide Educators within your room Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community Ensure compliance with National Regulations and centre policies Maintain accurate documentation and observations of children’s learning Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment Drive continuous improvement within your classroom 🐝 What We’re Looking For Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working Towards (essential) Current QLD Blue Card Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification Demonstrated experience leading a room in an early learning setting Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and mentoring skills A proactive, positive and team-oriented mindset 🐝 About Busy Bees at Woolloongabba Located close to Brisbane’s CBD, our Woolloongabba centre offers a supportive team environment and strong community connections. Responsibilities
The Lead Educator is responsible for the daily operations of the classroom, including the planning and implementation of a play-based curriculum. They are tasked with mentoring other educators and fostering strong partnerships with families and the local community.
